Steamed Pork with Salted Fish Recipe

Ingredients :

    • Belly pork 180 g, skinned and coarsely minced
    • Ginger 5 slices, peeled and shredded
    • Red chilli 1, sliced
    • Lime 1, small, juice extracted
    • Salted fi sh (threadfi n) 45 g, thinly sliced
    • Seasoning
    • Ground white pepper 1/4 tsp
    • Sugar 1/2 tsp
    • Sesame oil 1 tsp
    • Light soy sauce 1/2 tsp
    • Cornfl our (cornstarch) 1 tsp

Method :

    1. Season pork with combined seasoning ingredients in a heatproof (fl ameproof) dish. Mix in ginger, chilli and lime juice and leave for 30 minutes.
    2. Spread salted fi sh on top of pork mixture and steam over rapidly boiling water for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
