Fried Garlic Recipe

Ingredients :

    • 1 cup finely minced garlic
    • 8 tablespoons oil

Method :

    1. Heat the oil on medium high heat in a skillet or small wok. Toss in the minced garlic and stir-fry for a few minutes, allowing the garlic to rest briefly every few seconds. They are done when golden brown and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
    2. Once they are completely air-dried, either use as a garnish immediately or place in an air-tight container. If stored properly, the Fried Garlic can last several months.
