Fried Mushrooms with Garlic and Parsley Recipe

Fried Mushrooms with Garlic and Parsley Recipe

Ingredients :

    • lb. (500 g) porcini mushrooms
    • 5 tsp. (25 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    • salt and pepper

Method :

    1. Trim the mushrooms and clean them thoroughly, removing the soil and wiping them with a damp cloth. Slice them about 1/12 inch (2mm) thick.
    2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the chopped garlic until fragrant; do not burn it. Add the mushrooms and the parsley and cook until the mushrooms are tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
