Potatoes Stuffed with Goat Cheese Recipe

Ingredients :

    • 13/4 lbs. (800 g) potatoes
    • 5 oz. (150 g) fresh goat cheese
    • salt and pepper

Method :

Heat the oven to 350°F(180°C). Wrap them potatoes individually, skin on, in aluminum foil. and bake for about 30 minutes. When cool enough to handle, cut them open. Season with a pinch of salt, top each with some of the fresh goat cheese and a sprinkle of pepper, and serve.
