Strawberry Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 9 oz. (250 g) strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup (250 ml) water
  • 3/4 cup plus 3 tbsp. (185 g) sugar
  • 1/4 lemon, quartered

Method :

  1. Squeeze the juice from 1 quarter of the lemon.
  2. Combine the strawberries with the water and sugar in a blender and puree. Add the lemon juice. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 3 hours. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
