Grilled cheese is a cheese sandwich which can be made with a variety of cheese and breads. Apart from cheese, a variety of filling can be added to give it more flavor and texture. It’s a very popular snack option in the US and is probably the first thing anyone learns when starting to cook. Although grilled cheese is very easy to make, but there are a few tricks which takes it to another level. A good grilled cheese must have the cheese nicely melted and the bread very crispy and crunchy. To achieve this, the heat in which it is grilled should be kept very low. This will ensure that the bread is crisp from outside and the cheese inside it melts nicely. Another thing to keep in mind is to use a heavy bottom pan. This will ensure even heat distribution and will avoid burning the bread before the cheese melts.Just by keeping these things in mind, you can make the most perfect grilled cheese. Here is how.
All you need is
Olive oil – 1 tsp
Onion – 12 cup ( thinly sliced )
Sugar – 14 tsp
Salt – 14 tsp
